Hello,
My IP address (37.162.187.83) appears to have been temporarily blocked due to suspicious activity.
I’m a real user and was using the “Search by Image” extension to browse multiple products for my personal ecommerce research. I do not use automated tools or bots, and I am not behind a VPN or proxy.
Could you please unblock my IP?

You activity is suspicious like spam requests and it can overload the servers… Your new ip is 37.163.42.95? For example i see you search one chair 8 times with distinct photo 😅 And big pack of chairs, every 20sec. Is like Speedy Gonzales, this type of users not welcome here..

@Admin, Regarding the 8 searches on the same product but with different photos, it is very simple: with certain inspirational photos your extension does not detect similar products, consequently I try to repeat the operation with other photos of the same product hoping that it will work, sometimes it has worked sometimes not.
However I want to reassure you that I am a real person who is simply trying to expand his business by using extensions like yours to speed up the search process. My working method is this, first I search for products with related suppliers and mark the links on the notes of my macbook, then I proceed to contact them to get all the necessary information about, such as price, shipping time, packaging, etc...
I feel like I'm doing this correctly and quickly, don't you think?

@Lorenzo, I can't tell you the limits and the way we detect bots, parsers and other bad activity. But 99% of users make 1-50 requests per hour with intervals of up to several minutes, but not every 5-15 seconds and 5-10 photos of the same product 😅 The service survive thanks to buyers and affiliate programs, and we value users who make purchases.. Other problem is lot of users from Pakistan with VPN where users not buy nothing and made only research with entire office 10+ users 😅 Is hard to distinguish good users

@Admin, This is great to hear because I'm sure you see my real position 'cause I'm not using a VPN and also because I'm making my own research, so there is anyone near me making it. In this way you know that in this way there are some factors that can make you realise that I am a real user and as I said, at the moment I am doing the research, and later on I will do the big purchases as I do it for my business.

@Lorenzo, later I can increase limits for you if you have fixed IP. You may know, not exists users whe can make 100-200 requests per hour. You can calculate how time need users for this: time to find image with product, time to make search request, time to view the search results, time to click and look it on marketplace and time to think about save link/add to cart/buy.. I moderate all cases and receive in real time message to my phone if system found suspicious activity or ban is made automatically or received new message on this feedback page.

Hi, I am currently doing product research for my store, I completely understand the suspicion and it was mistake clicking too much as it was not loading so I kept clicking more than once I then saw all the tabs that come up and as I was deleting them i noticed this ban. I do sincerely apologise it was an honest mistake and will make sure I keep an eye on how many I do at once, please unblock as i cant do my research, I really appreciate it and its not 500+.

You are dropshipper and buy any goods on Aliexpress/eBay/Amazon, real buyer or you want only check prices or search images for your shop? This service is for buyers. @Michal, Hi, for real users always welcome. Your ip is now unblocked. But you may know, the system is checking suspicious activities and too high level of requests is automatically temporary ban.. Soon I think make white list for real users, but for now, only 0.1% is wrong ban 😅 Other problem is for add to white list, need get the user ip from ban list 😅
